RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you repping Black Reaper with pride. If something's not right, here's how it works.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at order@blackreaper.nl with your order number, or chat with us. We'll take it from there.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items can't be returned, including sale items, digital products, and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order was faulty or wrong, we've got you — contact us and we'll cover it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at order@blackreaper.nl or chat with us within 7 days with photos, and we'll make it right.
