Eligibility

Products & Pricing
We do our best to display products, colours, and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows colours exactly as they appear in person. All prices are listed in [CURRENCY] and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and update product information at any time without notice.
Some items are one-time drops or limited runs and may sell out or be discontinued without restock.
Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not mean your order is accepted — a contract is formed only once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that any payment details you provide are valid and belong to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to you or your carrier.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, artwork, designs, music, text, graphics, and the Black Reaper name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
